- It is best to clean your filter on your cooling and heating system at least once a month for less
restrictive airflow on your unit. - You can set the AC a few degrees higher than your comfort zone and it will keep your room
cooler and more comfortable for a longer period when the ac is turned off. - You can lower your thermostat on your water heater to 120 Degrees Fahrenheit, the factory
pre-sets it to 140 Degrees. - Finally, you can turn your water heater on from 5AM to 5Pm and have more than enough hot
water to last the entire day!
